MORE MID-RANGE POWER Suzuki s advanced variable valve timing gives the DF250 powerful acceleration in the 1500 to 5000 rpm range while a multi-stage induction system provides the most efficient air flow for ultimate top-end performance on both the DF250 and DF225.
MORE OVERALL POWER Suzuki V6 dual overhead cam engines, with four valves per cylinder, incorporate a host of technological advances all working in unison. All three Suzuki V6 engines pack over 3614 cm3 of displacement into every powerhead, delivering up to 250hp (184 kW). Power is further enhanced by the industrys largest gear reduction ratio and a 16-inch diameter prop, designed for performance.
COMPUTER EFFICIENT FUEL INJECTION Advanced multi-point sequential fuel injection monitored by the first 32-bit onboard computer, keeps Electronic Fuel Injection performance fine-tuned. At the same time, a solid-state direct ignition provides a hotter spark with less electronic interference. Whats more, these outboards offer superior fuel economy, conform to EURO 1 and CARB 2008 emission standards. So the wind at your back is a lot cleaner than it used to be.
LIGHT WEIGHT AND MOST COMPACT Weighing in at only 263 kg (X Shaft Model), Suzuki V6s dispel the notion that a powerful 4-stroke has to be bulky.
